in every moment
and forever
I sign your cross over me
Thank you for the cross
in every moment
and forever
I sign your cross over me
Thank you for the cross
Hands raised up skyward
Your love is better than life
Lord, we worship You
written in further response today’s daily prompt at The Daily Post
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love,
I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
And if I have prophetic powers,
and understand all mysteries and all knowledge,
and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains,
but have not love, I am nothing.
If I give away all I have,
and if I deliver up my body to be burned,
but have not love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient and kind;
love does not envy or boast;
it is not arrogant or rude.
It does not insist on its own way;
it is not irritable or resentful;
it does not rejoice at wrongdoing,
but rejoices with the truth.
Love bears all things,
believes all things,
hopes all things,
endures all things.
Love never ends.
Holy Spirit you are welcome here
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere
“I don’t want to get there at the end of it all
Looking behind me to see there was so much more . . “
“The greatest day in history,
Death is beaten,
You have rescued me
Sing it out:
Jesus is alive!!“
Hallelujah!
He is risen –
He is risen indeed!
Hallelujah!!
We rejoice with the Angels!
“God I breathe
Your Name
Above everything
Let it be
Let it be Jesus”
Wonderful words, close to my heart right now, and beautifully sung in this video.
“I see you there
Hanging on a tree,
You bled and then you died
And then you rose again for me,
And now you’re sitting on your heavenly throne,
And soon you will be coming home –
You’re beautiful!!“
My own poem, Lifeline, published earlier this year, and set to ‘Facedown’ by Matt Redman
